Crop Insurance

In addition to its management of farmland portfolios, Ceres Partners intends to partner with a licensed insurance agency to offer federal crop insurance to its tenants. The insurance agent, Roman Enterprises, will write, administer and negotiate with underwriters on behalf of its tenants. The benefit to Ceres investors is that Ceres Partners can insure that each property has adequate coverage, that property values are not negatively impacted by unreasonable insurance claims and that each plan is administered efficiently.
